The new way to access appointments
From 1st of October 2025 all requests for GP appointments, routine or urgent, will need to be submitted via our online system.
This will benefit you by:
cutting down the amount of time you spend waiting on the phone lines
enabling you to submit a request at any point during the day
making sure you see the right clinician or specialist at the right time
The online form can be submitted during any point for routine requests meaning you can do this at your own leisure. Urgent requests can be submitted from 8am – 2pm which allows our team to give you an outcome within 4 hours.
You may be signposted to a more specialised service who are better equipped to deal with your medical problem. E.g. Pharmacy First, Physiotherapy, Social Prescriber, Mental Health Nurse. Please see our Allied Specialist section at Meet the Team – Bridge Street Surgery.
