Our receptionists have been asked to ask you a couple more questions on booking appointments now. We have asked them to do this to help direct problems to the most appropriate health care professional. Our receptionists are bound by confidentiality as all Health Care Professionals are and have undergone the correct 'Care Navigation' training. They may signpost you to a more appropriate health care professional e.g. A pharmacy minor ailment scheme to stop a delay in your treatment and diagnosis. Bridge Street Surgery would be grateful if you could give our receptionists as much information as possible to help us help you.
